Future Engineers of Nashville

Last weekend, as the Imperial stormtrooper germs were strategizing their invasion, Peter entered a Lego contest. For weeks he built creation after creation, finally deciding on his Coast Guard fire ferry.

There were some amazing creations from Legomaniacs of ALL ages. Everything from space police and baseball games to a mechanical ball mover and the Mona Lisa. In the end, the preschool prize went to someone else but we are so proud of Peter's participation, his enthusiasm, and his creativity. We got TONS of ideas for next year, too. Let's just say that if the world's future infrastructure depends upon these kids, we'll be just fine.
