Did I mention Hayes is our very own superman? He finished a triathlon today in 7th place of 53 in his age group. 2nd tri ever. Yep, he's a pretty impressive guy.

We had planned to make it to the race to cheer him on, but decided last night that I would wait for him at home with the boys. He came home to signs we made posted up on the door like a high school athlete's locker. A little cheesy, I know, but we're pretty proud.
